The BERCO sprocket rim and segment group are casted by the reinforced geometry at stressed sections, undergo accurate machining and induction. This allows perfect inter changeability and superior wear resistance. All teeth of sprocket is induced by hardening process which gives them a surface hardness of Rockwell C 54, with a case depth of 4mm to 8 mm.
